The non-technical Seller works 3-5 hours per week and uses 1099 developers. This is a no technical experience needed, low-overhead, high-cash business!!

Competition:

On the Clover POS and Shopify markets, other development companies are considered competitors, but not necessarily direct competitors. There are roughly 70 – 80 companies that have apps on the Clover App Market, but the business is one of the largest by the number of apps. Some of our apps have competition, but most of the highest revenue-generating ones do not.

Expansion:

No marketing or SEO up to this point. Marketing and SEO would improve performance. The userbase has been acquired solely by apps being listed in the app stores. Even minimal marketing efforts could produce significant results. Updating the App Market listings with better descriptions, graphics, and videos would also be helpful. Additionally, minor enhancements to some existing apps could also provide a bump in user growth. Increasing the number of apps available on Shopify could also drive revenues, as well as expanding beyond Clover and Shopify.
