Sensitive Personal Information

We do not request sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security number, driver's license, financial account information, precise geolocation, racial/ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health data, or sexual orientation). If you send sensitive data unprompted, we will delete it when discovered.

Our site uses:

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Lead inquiries (forms/emails): Up to 24 months from last interaction, then deleted or anonymized unless we need to retain it longer for legal or record-keeping requirements

  • Basic site analytics logs: Up to 26 months, then aggregated or deleted

  • Unsubscribed email addresses: Kept only on a suppression list to ensure we don't email you again

We review these retention periods periodically and adjust as needed.

Your California Privacy Rights

Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

How to Submit a Request

We do not process requests by phone at this time.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we verify your identity by matching your email address and, if needed, confirming details you previously provided through our forms. If we cannot verify your identity, we will explain why and provide guidance on additional information we may need.

Authorized Agents

You may authorize someone to submit a request on your behalf. We will require proof of written authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If we ever engage in the sale or sharing of personal information, we will treat a user-enabled GPC signal as a valid opt-out request for that browser or device.

Minors

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the email or address above, and we will promptly delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for data in transit

  • Access controls and authentication

  • Least-privilege principles for staff and vendor access

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website is intended primarily for U.S. business owners. Your information may be processed by our service providers in the United States and in other locations where they operate. When we use international service providers, we require appropriate contractual protections for your personal information.
