Scott is Sierra Pacific Partner’s founder and Managing Shareholder. He is a licensed M&A advisor and business broker. Scott began his career as an M&A attorney on Wall Street at Skadden, Arps, where he worked on multi-billion dollar public company transactions. Scott firmly believes that M&A is a process, and if you own the process, you’ll get results.
Scott founded Sierra Pacific Partners to provide professional and responsive service attentive to the needs of the owners of upper Main Street and lower middle market companies.
Client engagement and marketing coordinator
Shaun is our Client Engagement and Marketing Coordinator. His passion lies in delivering the best service possible. Prior to joining us, Shaun had sales and customer service experience working in retail and the insurance industry. He brings that knowledge to the firm and strives to ensure that all of our clients are happy and, more than anything, leave well informed and knowing that they have gotten more than their money’s worth.
Vanessa is our Client Concierge. She attended the Durban University of Technology in South Africa and the University of Derby in the United Kingdom where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology and a University Certificate in Psychology. She has worked in the Consumer Goods sector as a Research Manager before joining a start-up company as a Project Leader.
Vanessa is passionate about people and going the extra mile to grow business networks and relationships. She brings business management and client care knowledge to Sierra Pacific Partners so that you can rest assured that your transaction priorities will be professionally managed.
