It's unlikely that you will find your dream business to acquire with this option but it is a good way to get a sense for the process of buying a business and what's currently available on the market.
This program designed is to find off-market business opportunities for motivated buyers.
Define buyer target criteria
Build target lists using systems such as CoStar, Seamless.ai, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Develop email workflow to create multiple touches
The goal is a list of 200-300 target contacts receiving 5 emails specific to the campaign
A more in-depth program for finding off-market business opportunities.
Includes everything in the Gold program
Sourcing direct phone numbers
Train cold call team on campaign parameters
Cold calling the list of target prospects
The goal is to connect with 20-30 decision makers that fit the buyer's target criteria
Both the Gold and Platinum programs cover a 90-day period. Progress reports are supplied on a monthly basis. The reports show the list of target businesses, the number of prospects that were contacted, associated activities, and meaningful responses and progress.
If a listing agreement is obtained through the Gold or Platinum programs, but the buyer declines to pursue the opportunity, we will refund the buyer back 50% of the cost.
If no listings are obtained within 180 days, as a result of the program, we will refund the buyer back 50% of the cost.
